As a qualified arborist with a Diploma in Arboriculture, Chris is trained to assess trees to Australian Standards and provide accurate, compliant reporting for council and development requirements.
Tree assessments are complex and require an understanding of tree biology, structural integrity, local regulations and risk factors. This is why it’s essential to hire a professional arborist—not just anyone with a chainsaw. Only trained climbing arborists with formal qualifications can correctly identify defects, evaluate hazards and provide advice that meets legal and safety obligations.
An inexperienced operator may overlook critical signs of decay, misjudge risk levels or provide incorrect recommendations, which can lead to costly delays, unsafe trees or rejected council applications.
A qualified arborist ensures your report is thorough, evidence-based and aligned with industry standards.
During your assessment, we’ll inspect the tree from the ground and, where required, climb it for a closer view of the canopy and structure. We’ll document our findings clearly and leave your property tidy once the inspection is complete.

We’ll book in a date to complete your arborist report once we receive your acceptance of our quote.
Step 4
Once the project is complete and you've received your report, you’ll receive your final invoice to pay.
Why You need a qualified arborist
Want to understand more about the importance of hiring a qualified arborist for all of your tree work, not just report writing?
Sometimes it’s not possible to salvage a tree that is too damaged, or poses a hazardous risk to the public or your property, such as falling limbs. In this case, we’ll provide a quote to remove your tree instead. We can mulch up the branches and leave the larger pieces of wood in firewood rounds.
We offer stump removal as an additional service to tree removal. We have a top of the range stump grinder and will often book our stump grinding services on a separate day to your job, so we can complete many stumps in a similar location at once.
Reduce the impact of the elm leaf beetle with a soil or stem injection to kill the larvae and beetles. This will give your trees a chance to thrive and stop the damage caused by these nasty pests. Our elm leaf beetle treatment is administered by our qualified arborists.
